do you use gnome or kde? if so, you can use Gnome-RPM (gnome) or KPackage (kde) to find the licq rpm and uninstall it. if you happen to know what the licq rpm is called...you could do rpm -e licq.rpm from a shell, where licq.rpm is the name of the rpm file.
