Well in this day of big drives I got the bright idea of building a triple boot. I have a 60gig partitioned into three parts. Win98 1st, Then I want Win2K, Then mandrake will load last. My main question is how do I get the boot menu to show all the choices and will this work installing like this? Has anyone done a system like this?

Why yes I do! I have WinME, WinXP and SuSE Linux.
Its not all that hard actually.
Make sure you have your partitions set up the way you want. Now install Win98 on C:
the install Win2000 on D:When you reboot you should get the Win2000 boot loader.
Now boot from Mandrake CD1. Let it partition the third partition(Linux will need to delete the third, then partition it up with ext2 file-system), but leave you Windows drives(C: D:) alone. When you get to it, set up Lilo, to boot Windows(C:) and Linux.
Now when you reboot you should get the Lilo loader with the options of Linux, failsafe, floppy, and Windows.
When you select Windows you should now get the Win2000 loader.

How exactly you set up Lilo to boot windows (C:) and Linux?
To what partition do I have to place/install LILO?

Mandrake should set that up for you at the end of the install.
I don't remember having to do any thing special.

I once did 98, NT4.0, BeOS, and RedHat6.2 on my work computer. And remembering, RedHat hand;ed all the boot manager processes. The lilo during the installation of RedHat handled it all. I threw lilo on my master partition, cause the initial post has to hit that first.
You can actually download LILO as a stand alone installation and have it be installed as a aftermarket boot manager.
But as a side note, you can also download a windows aftermarket boot manager that will recognize linux partitions as well. A friend of mine doesn't use lilo, he has windows boot manager handle his requests.
