Time Out Error

And thats it. I dont understand what I am doing wrong. On my hub the light is green and my nic is configured. Can some one please help me out with this problem.

when i also run netcfg and try to acivate eth0 interface under the proto bootp i get Determining Ip information for eth0...... Operation Failed.
When i do it for proto dhcp i get Determining Ip information for eth0...... Operation Failed.
