thunderbird with linux??

i read some post saying linx works with athlon but doesnt work with thunderbird. is this true?? any one using thunderbird with linux here??

I'm running a t-bird 800 with linux and it seems to be working fine. However, I just installed it and it's ran for a few hours without a hitch.

T-Bird 900 here running dual boot win98/Suse linux 7.0 no prob. I don't see T-bird processor being any issue with linux running.
Much more likely their problem is elsewhere.

I am using a thunderbird CPU.It is running fine and better than Other CPUs. I didn't have any bad problem and I am suggesting this CPU :o)

I just purchased an AMD tbird 800 and I'm threatened with the thought that there might be problems running it with linux. I hope these rumors are just rumors else I'd be extremely disappointed...
