The smallest Linux distro with KDE

What is the smallest Linux distribution out there with networking tools (telnet, ftp, all that stuff...) and KDE in it. I need it to be like those linux distributions that don't require repartitioning, and if you want to delete it you just delete the directory it's in.

www.Phatlinux.com it's a 170MB download not
exactly small it unzips to about 500MB I
think. There's winlinux 2000 about the same
size but have heard it sux. I really would
recomend a full distro there real easy to
install and uninstall now a days. I don't
think your gonna get much smaller than phat
linux if you want a gui and appz

I just need...
1)GUI
2)Browser
3)E-Mail client
4)networking tools (telnet, ftp, traceroute, ping, etc.)
5)"does not require repartitioning"

Search for mulinux, 10mb including gui and netscape and clients. It runs off a dos folder
