i want connect my peripherhal with linux, usualy i use telix on dos or hyperterminal on windows, does everyone know what program will i use on linux ?

I am assuming you just telnet. you will need to get a prompt on linux type this

telnet 192.168.0.1 (the 192.168.0.1 is an example ip address.

if it is an ssh connection you will type in

ssh 192.168.0.1


simple enough?? :)
