Hi all, I have just installed mandrake 9.2 on my laptop. I have choosen to install both KDE and GNOME desktops. By default, KDE was started. I'm wondering how I could switch to GNOME dekstop? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Do you log in graphically to start with when booting or does it dump you straight into a desktop?

Have a look through the output of the "set" command for "DESKTOP_SESSION=kde", if so look edit your ~/.bash_profile and change it to "DESKTOP_SESSION=gnome"
