I am currently running Suse 8.1 pro on a 60 gig hard drive. I would like to dual boot it and put on win2k pro. I need EVERY step to do this. If anyone could give me step by step solution i would apprectiate it. Thanks in advance.

Do you have any spare space/partitions on your drive? If the answer is no, you'll have to resize one of your existsing partitions in order to make room (or better still install it on a separate hard drive).

Do you mind wiping your drive and reinstalling linux? It is far easier to install windoze before linux if you want to dual boot. Simply install windoze and then linux. Dual boot should be detected and set up for you whilst installing linux.

If not MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LINUX BOOT DISK!!! Did I emphasize that enough?!? When you install windows, it will overwrite your bootloader without telling you so you won't be able to boot into windows. To make a boot disk under linux:
# mkbootdisk
Then test it! It's no good making a disk then finding out that it doesn't work when you really need it. You can now go ahead and install windoze, boot off the floppy disk to get back into linux, modify either your grub of lilo config to include the new windows install (a search on these forums for "dual boot windows lilo grub" should turn up the results as it's been discussed many times before) and then reinstall lilo/grub to your MBR
