Hi,

I have Linux as my default bootup for Lilo. I
want to have the initial
screen where I choose which OS I want to
install up for 60 seconds. Right
now, if I do not push anything, Linux loads
within 3 seconds about. I have
altered the delay and timeout global options
but that didn't help. I did
notice that when I use the arrow keys to put
the highlight on Windows XP
and then back to Linux, the initial screen
stays up much longer. How do I
make the initial screen remain for 60 seconds
without me pushing any keys?

Or sometimes that file is /etc/lilo.conf (depending on distro, I think). Then you have to run the command `lilo`.
