hi i am facing some situation here is that in our office we are using squirrel mail (Linux base mail exchange)
when i am mailing to someone, the recipient receive my add like this [jhon.ver@localhost]. what is "localhost" where is my dome name instead of local host.
if i forward my mail address to other which one i use. Though we have domain name and we use domain name when we want to email to my office colleagues.

localhost is the local host, or the physical computer the e-mail server is running on. Check the Webmail configuration file on the server, it should be in the config folder, or run the automatic configuration script. You need to set the domain name to whatever domain name you have registered or plan on using, otherwise it will default to localhost.
