Product: dell Optiplex 320

I have insatalled an internet proxy (squid 2),I have a preconfigured squid.conf in it that i have borrowed from my company's HO.all clients can access a single web site only,but now i want to give some extra sites to some specific clients,how I can change my squid.conf? and what will be the change contents/entries?
some one please help me.

Might try proxy pac files or wpad files.
Otherwise use squid's acl.
