I ask this here, because I know.
Nix users, have less flame and more
hack than any other O/S supporters.

Simple problem. My speakers are taking a
$%$^ (After 3 years of dependable service)
(I have a sounderblaster live card.)

If I blow about a bill. What is my best bet
to replace them, and what site can I get them at.

Thanks in advance.

My advice is to go to the store, take a classical music CD with you, and listen to what they have.
You can compare specs on speakers all day, but what it comes down to is how they sound to YOU.
Everyone's ears are slightly different, meaning some people hear some frequencies better or worse than others. So what sounds just beautiful to me may sound flat or harsh to you.
I recommend using classical music to judge because generally classical music has a greater frequency range and a greater variation of amplitude.
