I have some questions about Mandrake 10.0.
First, why is the mouse wheel screwed up? In Mandrake 9.2, it would scroll for me, but in 10.0 it only scrolls if you have the pointer on the scroll bar in Konqueror, and in Firefox it highlights the page instead of scrolling. Please help I will die without the scroll wheel...

Second, when I shut down the computer, it dose not shut off by itself, it lets me know when it's ready to shut off and I have to power it off by hand (this is annoying because I have to hold the power button for 10 seconds before it goes off).

Also, when I was installing 10.0, it asked for a CD 4 after CD 3, there is no CD 4. I had to press cancel.

BTW, 10.0 is damn fast for anyone who wanted to know.

CD4 might be available if you buy the distro rather than just downloading it.

You need to have ACPI enabled in your kernel for the computer to shut itself down, why not grab the latest (2.6.4 from www.kernel.org) and compile it yourself, you'll probably find Mandrake 10 even more responsive.

Sorry, can't help with the mouse scrolling, sounds more like a setting in KDE (or whatever you are using)....is it the same if you try gnome or another WM?
