Small Linux distributions??

i'm looking for small linux distributions...
not anyone that you run on a floppydisc, and start in DOS. I want a real linux system, that doesn't take 800Meg of HD space.

Take your pick. You can install almost any linux distribution. Just don't do a full install.
I installed Mandrake 7.2 on an old 486 with two hard drives of 160 MB in it. I used one drive for swap space and the other one for the rest. Ofcourse I didn't install any of the Xwindows stuff.

But if you are looking for a really small complete linux system try looking at the following distribution: http://tiny.seul.org/en/

A real good full small distro that i used to use is peanut its only about a 60 meg download and about 150-190 installed and comes complete with everything youll need for a user distro
