Thanks for your help but I have problems with my kernel, because I have opensuse 11.0 with kernel 2.6.27 and in this page the rpm package is for kernel 2.4.... Thanks...

As with most WinModems, the Motorola SM56 isn't supported in Linux. The only drivers available are proprietary blobs that just won't work with kernel versions other than the one specified. Frankly, you can purchase an external hardware modem for under $10, and an internal one for under $30, so I can't see any use fussing with it.
