i have a ati 64ddr vivo card. i set the x86 to the one with 3d accel. when i load up tuxracer or any other 3d game the video runs realy sloooooooow. is there a way to fix it?

I have a ton of experience with ATI and XFree and getting DRI to work. If you can tell me more about your vid card(Radeon 8500/7500/7000/etc) and the location and contents of your XF86Config file (found in /etc/X11, may also be XF86Config-4) I can hook you up.
