Comment:

i just installed slackware 9. i had slackware 8.1 installed not too long ago and all i had to do to get the sound to work was modprobe es1371. this time it found my onboard sound and my tv card and my ensoniq card. i want to just use my ensoniq card, but on the mixer it only has the other two as options. i installed xmms and told it to use the oss driver and i tried to configure it but only default devices were listed. all the other times, my ensoniq card was a choice in the configure box of xmms. any thoughts?
