Por más que cambio la configuración con el driver genérico SVGA86 no logro que en KDE la barra de tareas de la parte superior de la pantalla salga completamente en el monitor
uso RedHat ver. 5.2

I can't speak Spanish, but there IS a driver for the SiS 6326 card, and you can download it at this site:

http://www.sis.com.tw/

Then you should be able to set the resolution to above 640x480 (with 4 MB of video RAM, you can get 1600x1200 with 16-bit color).
