Server behind Linux firewall+nat bo

Okay, here is the thing.

I have setup my Linux box with iptables to be my firewall and I also do nat with it.

By default I drop every packets that comes to this box and the forward too.

But now I wish to have a server on my Windows box that is behind my linux box.

What I whant to do is when the Linux box receive a request for a specific port it will forward this to a specific IP and port on my lan.

Anyone know what should I use to do this and some example please...
