My email exchange server is configured with smtp. How do I configure sendmail to send messages to the exchange server. I have change the following line in my sendmail.mc file to suit 'define(`SMART_HOST',`smtp.mailserver.com')' but still no luck. The mail does go out, because it does not come back in /var/spool/mail/user, but to where exactly?

I can use ximian to send emails via smtp and it does get to the exchange server with no hassle.

Ps. I did get sendmail to work with a dial-up connection. but i really need/desparate to get it working with the exchange server. Any ideas. Please help.
