Sendmail 8.13.1 & relaying

Hi guys I have some trouble, dont know where disable relaying? in access file i have 192.168.100 RELAY that is my localnet. Is that version of sendmail is relaying by default all mail? where can i disable relaying at all?
I want just to relay from my local network. What directives should I check in sendmail.mc?

If your IP range is on 192.168.100.X then it is already set up to relay just for your local network. Relaying should be disabled by default.
