Hallo peeps l have just installed Linux Redhat 7.3 and i run this as a proxy server using squid stables version 2.4.lt all started when l wanted to ping one of my ISP's addresses and this is the error l get "eth0 promiscous mode enabled".Now even if i try to run a ls -l command it says "segementation error".l am not a linux guru l am just an end user .Would you help me to sort this problem otherwise my server will crush very soon

To start with, how are you logged on? Are you trying this as root are a general user?
