I have 3 hard drives, two ide and one scsi on an aha-2940 u/uw, here's the thing, when I installed linux it was just the two ide drives win98 and linux oth 20GB, then I took a new card that I got and a new drive 4.5GB scsi, and pluged them in an installed w2k on the scsi, now when I load up linux I have to go into harddrake and click on the card to configure it so that the drive will appear, if not the sbd drive won't even appear in the /dev dir, then I can mount the drive and change the contents of it, here's the thing, when I try to load w2k through lilo it just hangs the system, here's my config for lilo for w2k:

other=/dev/sbd1
label=w2kpro
table=/dev/sbd

that's it, well plus the password prompt, but it's the same prompt on all the other ones too..So what's the biff, for one how do I get it to detect the scsi drive from the beginning so I don't have to load harddrake, and how do I get it to boot w2k from lilo?
