When SCO runs out of money because IBM has more of it, Microsoft will buy out SCO dirt cheap. Then they will have rights to SCO, then prove there's SCO code in Linux. Now Microsoft trully owns the world...

I dont get your point Derk? Are you a troll.
There is no propriatary code in Linux be it scummx or any other unix. Besides that Novell owns the rights to that version of unix not scummx.
M$ is backing scummx so they aint gona run outa money. The court will leave a crater where scummx was in Utah or Idaho or whever in the heck the LIARS are at.
This scandal has been hashed to death.
I dont know why I a am even dignifying your little trolling comment with a reply.
