CPU/Ram: Athlon/1GB

Does anyone know how to get a scanner to work under Redhat 9. To be precise, it is a HP officeJet 700 that has a scanner + printer + fax. Hp does not write drivers to support Linux Os. How can i get the scanner to work? Any ideas is well appreciated.

You may also want to look into SANE (I
think it stands for Scanner Access
Nice'n'Easy)
