I would like to know how I can install this camera in Linux? I know excatly how to do it in Windows but in Linux I am not very familar with USB. It was not connect to the PC at the time of the Linux install so I doubt it was installed. But I tried looking for some drivers but no luck.

I have found digital cameras under GNU/Linux is far easier than trying to get them working on my mates windoze machines. They seem to need to either install drivers/software from a CD or the net. Under linux all I have to do is plug it in to the USB port and then mount the first available SCSI device, eg: # mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/camera You may have to pass a file system switch: # mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /mnt/camera or # mount -t usbfs /dev/sda1 /mnt/camera You can create an entry in your /etc/fstab so all that is needed is: $ mount /mnt/camera Here is an example from mine: /dev/sda1 /mnt/camera auto user, noauto, owner 0 0 This has worked with 99% of cameras I have tried.
