I'm running Mandrake Linux 8.1

I've got Samba setup to run via smbclient, but it's kinda tedious and I wanted to try out gnobma, which i guess is supposed to be kinda like Network Neihborhood in Windows. But when i try to log into one of the other computers on my home network, it asks for a password. So I was wondering where i can add users and passwords that will work for it. None of the other cmputers have passwords on them.

If you can help, please give instructions with lots of detail, I'm a Linux newbie if there ever was one.

Thanks for any help you can give.
Brian
