You can "almost" run the Windows version with Wine, but it is extremely buggy and crash-prone. There are other Webkit-based browsers for Linux, such as Epiphany or Arora, so it's not even really useful for web design testing.

No it doesn't work on Linux.

You could try Konqueror which is very similar (link below).
