Those are three versions of WINE(wine is not an emulator). They are Windows compatibility layers.
Another product to run Windows programs on Linux is Win4Lin, but it requires a valid Windows9x or ME CD and registration code. I use it to run Office becuase Open Office doesn't like all M$ Office files. http://www.netraverse.com/products/win4lin30
