Hello, when i open a BIN file i get this message:

--------------------
The filename "blablabla.bin" indicates that this file is of type "unknown". The contents of the file indicate that the file is of type "executable". If you open this file, the file might present a security risk to your system.

Do not open the file unless you created the file yourself, or received the file from a trusted source. To open the file, rename the file to the correct extension for "executable", then open the file normally. Alternatively, use the Open With menu to choose a specific application for the file.
--------------------

What shall i do?

A bin file for GNU/Linux is generally an executable binary which you can run by typing in the full path and name at a command prompt. A bin file in windoze usually (I think?!?) comes with a cue file and is a binary image of a cd/dvd.
