???!! Linux and Windoze are two different OS! You can't install on on the other! What you probably want is a dualboot - enabling booting in Linux or Win...
RH is pretty much selfinstalling (much easier that Windows!!). Make your CD-rom bootable. Insert the CD...and you're up and running! :)

I'want dual booting, I've already tried install linux with bootable CD BUT after 99% of installation my hardisk got failed.
