In my company office we have a Samba server with Linux (RedHat 6).
When someone deletes a file from a shared disk on the LAN there is no way to restore this.
I know that on NetWare this operation can be do by a program (called Salvage) that search and restore the wrong deleted files.
On Linux (with Samba) exist somthing like this?
thanks
bye
