There are two harddisks in my computer. one with WinXP and another with Redhat. because there is something wrong with the hardisk for Redhat I try to remove this harddisk from my pc. But there is an error message which says can't find grub loader when I try to run WinXp.
How can I remove grub loader without uninstalling redhat from this harddisk?

Just your computer using Windows XP CD. However, choose the recure/repair option and at the prompt, type "fixmbr" to remove GRUB from your MBR or "help" for more options. Reboot and you are all set...

I think your fixmbr command don't seems to work instead fdisk /mbr will work fine.
