well i do have a s.u.s.e. maschine running and i'll wanna access those box with a remote desktop tool form windows to SuSe maschine . and i wanna see the kde or gnome on my windows maschine via remote desktop session ???
any one knows a tool for linux wich can provide these ?

You assume you know that you can't run the KDE server from another computer! It must be ran from the console! However, you can display (like xterm and others) from Linux to another PC by running a window emulator! One that comes to mind is from Hummingbird but there are others as well...

Give VNC (www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/) a go....it comes as default with most distros these days. The windows client is small and doesn't need installing. In fact you can even do away with the client altogether and get a desktop through a browser window using JAVA!
