Relay access denied postfix

Hello,
I am setting up a mail server. Managed to make it work, it receives email and sends email from the server itself fine. When I try to send email from work, it gives me the following in the logs:

The IPs and addresses were filtered for security reasons. Anyone knows why this is happening? From work, it receives email but does not send.

good luck with sendmail, took m a week or two to finally set up, anyways here is what i used to solve that problem. http://www.sendmail.org/faq/section3.html#3.27 hope it helps, u might have looked at that already. but just trying to help.
