The newest distribution of Linux I'm using is Redhat 8, and I don't think I'm "out of date".

Redhat 9 has only been out for about a year and a half.

Redhat 8 (2002) came out about a year after Windows XP came out (2001), so XP would have to be WAY "out of date", then, huh?

Good luck.

No the reason i ask is cause RedHat stopped giving updates to its linux distros and microsoft always release updates to XP of obviously XP is not out of date.
