There is a new product from codeweavers that uses wine to allow you to run windows plugins in your browser, like quicktime, shockwave and RealPlayer among many others. Direct your browser to codeweavers.com and download the crossover plugin. It isn't free though, however, I strongly recommend that you pay for it, it is only around 20 dollers, and the money is going towards the developement of wine. You can still use it before you pay, but every once in a while, when you are using a plugin, a small white sqare will pop up with a cheaky request for payment. It is not that intrusive. I haven't had any problems with it, and it works with Mozilla, Galeon, Netscape, and Konqueror, but I havn't tried it with konquerer since I don't use KDE. Give it a try. |
