realplayer 8 or realONE on RH 7.3

I am not able to convince realplayer 8 or realONE to run on on RH7.3. Status:

A) RealONE starts with the first screen ... but unfortunately i frozen

B)realplayer 8 starts with half painted window and it is frozen too

So, does the realplayer 8(ONE) run on RH7.3 al all ??

how did you install it ? where did you get it ? (tar.gz or .rpm ?) Could you give me
few more details ?
