Problem with creative modem

Hi there! I have a problem with my modem. my linux (redhat 7.2) has unable to detect my creative modem (blaster) and prompt me that there is no modem install on your system. i have search a lot of web sites but i can't find any usefull driver for my modem . Is it internal or external modem? I used to have it, external, connect to a serial port and everything was running fine under RedHat Linux 7.2 until I couldn't stand the speed anymore, 56K. So, I finally switched over to DSL... In fact, when I first installed an ethernet, RedHat found it when it first booted up!!! It should find your modem unless there is something strange going on with it.
