Problem starting win xp

I installed for the first time Linux on a 2nd hard drive, in the 1st hard drive installed Win Xp and when i tried to boot Win Xp from Grub it wrote: ******************************* booting 'dos' rootnoverify (hd0,0) chainloader +1

and then windows does not start. I am using RedHat 7.3 and i can see my win hd from it. 1st hd (30 gb)=fat 32 2nd hd (80 gb)=part is fat 32 (can see this also from RH) and the other parts are ext3 and swap.
