Printer set up for linux console

OS: red hat linux 8.0

Hi,
I have red hat linux 8.0. I want to set up printer in a way that i can print the files from linux console(terminal).
How can i set up that? and how can i print the file?
Let's say
I want to print file(alloc.c) from following directory:
/usr/src/mm/alloc.c
How can i accomplish this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
