And how does I reallize pop before smtp ?

A good anti spam solution - define sendmail IP access lists.

Yes, that's a solution, but I'd like to receive Mails from all possible ISP's, and I'd like to transmit mails to all ISP's.

So there is possibly a thing I didn't understood ?
