Please! Re-Formatting HD w/ Linux

I installed linux, but found out I didn't know enough to use it. Please help me out on reformatting my HD, I have no idea how. Thank you very much.

You will need to make a floppy bootable disk. This will contain the FORMAT program that will allow you to format your drive(s):

If you have a Windows CD and it is bootable, then during the initial setup, it will ask you to format the drives...
