I would like to put fedora 8 live cd on a pen drive, by placing the iso bit for bit on the drive. I would like to boot off that drive, how can I do this?

PenDriveLinux has a number of different Linux versions for a Pen Drive, though I do not believe they've covered Fedora.

They do offer step-by-step walk-throughs for Ubuntu, Knoppix, Gentoo, DSL, PCLinuxOS, Slax, MCN Live, NimbleX and others.
