Hi I am attempting to install Peanut off the bootable CD-Rom But my CD Drive won't boot any bootable Cds allthough BIOS says CD-Rom as the first boot choice. I have MS-Dos :( 6.22 installed with the Dos drivers and i can access my CD Drive via DOS and run ram.bat to start Peanut installation but when I start installing it tells me it can't find /DOS/Peanut.gz2 (or something of that sort) I have tried to mount /dev/hdc1 but it says cannot find the device in /etc/fstab (i think) If anybody could help me fix the boot CD Problem it would be great or just help me install it without copying to hard disk.

Hi well it's been awhile since I've used Peanut, but this doesn't sound like a distribution specific issue, it sounds as if the cd is damaged, did you download it, if so try again . if you have tried booting another bootable cd, then the problem is most likely the cdrom .
