I've been trying to use it for ages but my system (Athlon 1200 DDR, Win98SE) crashes 3 out of every 4 boot ups. I've e-mailed Panda on 3 occasions - they ignored 1 email and the other 2 times all they say is "Download the new version". New software is a nightmare to install because when my machine reboots, it usually crashes. It also slowed down my internet use - hyperlinks stopped working properly - 20+ clicks before a link works. The other option was to right-click and "open in new window". Typing the url manually was nearly as bad - type it and press enter at least 10 times before it worked. Happened with both dial-up and adsl. 2 hard drive reformats proved to me that Panda AV was the problem. Mind you Windows 9x always was a bit flaky and I've switched to XP Pro. Will I let Panda onto my new OS? What do think?
