PAM error

Hi...

I saw the error below in the /var/log/syslog

Does anybody know what means this error:

cat syslog
Apr 17 10:09:51 172.16.0.13 su: PAM unable to dlopen(/lib/security/pam_cracklib.so)
Apr 17 10:09:51 172.16.0.13 su: PAM [dlerror: libcrack.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory]
Apr 17 10:09:51 172.16.0.13 su: PAM adding faulty module: /lib/security/pam_cracklib.so
Apr 17 10:35:45 172.16.0.13 su: PAM unable to dlopen(/lib/security/pam_cracklib.so)
