Specs: Mandrake, some

I've tried to install it on Linux through wine - doesn't work properly ...
I also talked to paltalk management ... do you know what they said ???? :)))))

they said : " We don't plan to do anything for the other platforms as the only platform are curently stable is Windows. Everything else - is not stable".

Those guys I reckon should sell their paltalk with a slogan "In Windows we trust" .

I personaly find it miserable.

Hmmm....if the only stable platform is windoze how come their website is hosted by Apache/2.0.51 (Unix)?!?

Agreed wine is by no means stable as it is really still only in alpha (not even beta yet!) but that's all the more reason for them to develop a native GNU/Linux port. As with most companies they are probably more afraid of supporting it.

Sounds to me as if they are confusing stable
with popularity. I'll bet the real reason
they support Windows and not Linux is the
roughly 90% Windows market share.
