Operating System Not Found

OS: Linux 7.2
CPU/Ram: Intel Xeon/512MB

I booted my server and got the message 'Operating System Not Found'. I have to reboot a few times before it finally recognise linux and boot up. It has happened many times since. Anyone knows what the problem is? Thanks.

Looks like a problem with your harddisk to me. I think its probably about to die.
But it could be something else, Where is this message displayed? By the boot loader or by the BIOS?
