Uh...... O.k...... Sure....... Looks ...Fine. nice 100% table width.... The centered text at the bottom is a little unnerving but all in all it's o.k....... You could do without the cookie tho....

I would definitely loose the centered text towards the bottom, its a no no. If you want to have it sorta centered put it in a table sized at around 70% and set the align to left. It will be a lot easier for your vistors to read.
Nit pick: You have around 17 invalid /font tags and 1 /div tag. Not a bad looking page all.
